  Job Role
  We are looking for a mature, responsible and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who can effectively manage coordination, follow-ups and day-to-day requirements of the MD.
  Key Responsibilities
   Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments and daily schedule.
   Coordinate with office departments and follow up on important tasks assigned by the MD.
   Coordinate with the Ranihati factory and visit the factory during working hours whenever required.
   Prepare meeting notes, reports, MIS, presentations and follow-up reports.
   Coordinate with customers, vendors, consultants and other business associates as required.
   Handle confidential information and correspondence with discretion.
   Assist the MD in monitoring important business activities and pending matters.
   Attend meetings with the MD and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
   Handle other responsibilities and assignments given by the MD.
  Candidate Requirements
   Male, 30 years or above.
   Graduate with good communication skills.
   5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Executive Coordinator,preferably reporting to a MD/Director.
   Excellent English communication – written and verbal.
   Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
   Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
   Mature, presentable, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
   Willing to travel to the Ranihati factory during working hours whenever required.
   Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  Salary: As per experience and suitability.
