Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage and expand our business in the Vizag and Hyderabad regions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical exposure to industrial automation products such as PLC, SCADA, Drives, HMI, Control Panels, Sensors, and a proven track record in B2B sales and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Vizag and Hyderabad markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, steel, pharma, chemical, OEMs, etc.
  • Promote and sell automation products including PLC, SCADA, VFD/Drives, HMI, Servo, Instrumentation & Control Systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, OEMs, channel partners, and system integrators.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demos.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and handle commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering/application team to deliver customized automation solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure proper funnel management.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage post-sales follow-ups including payment collection and service coordination.
  • Provide periodic sales reports, forecasts, and territory feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation sales.
  • Strong understanding of automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, Drives, HMI, Servo Systems, Communication Protocols).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large territories and handle key accounts independently.
  • Experience working with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial end users in the AP & Telangana region.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales documentation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Vizag and Hyderabad.
