Common Requirements
• Strong experience with Java (8+) and Spring Boot in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with WebSockets, REST APIs, or message queues
(Kafka/Redis/RabbitMQ).
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) and query optimization.
• Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker).
• A problem-solver’s mindset — you enjoy breaking down complex challenges into
clear solutions.

1. Senior Software Engineer /Mid-Level/ Junior Software Engineer - Trading Systems
What You’ll Do
• Lead design & development of low-latency, high-throughput trading platforms.
• Mentor engineers on coding, testing, and architectural best practices.
• Drive discussions on scalability, reliability, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with product, quants, and ops to align tech with business goals.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into core systems.
Must-Have Skills
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, or C++.
• Deep knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka/Redis, REST APIs, gRPC, WebSocket APIs.

• Proficiency in Postgres/MySQL design & optimization.
• Hands-on experience leading projects or small engineering teams.
Nice-to-Have
• Background in financial markets / low-latency trading.
• AWS/GCP exposure and DevOps practices.
