Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to hiring)
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
  • Issue offers letters and support joining formalities
  • Assist with onboarding and basic HR tasks

 

Qualification:

  • Any degree or Preferred MBA.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in having recruitment consultancy.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
