Job Description:
Roles and Responsibility:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to hiring)
- Post job openings on job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
- Issue offers letters and support joining formalities
- Assist with onboarding and basic HR tasks
Qualification:
- Any degree or Preferred MBA.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in having recruitment consultancy.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
