Product manager (Tractor/Vehicle loan)- Chennai

Job Description:

This position is responsible for leading the product strategy, innovation, and end-to-end execution of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and customer needs through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and management of complex product lifecycles.

• Drive the execution lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Prioritize the feature roll outs, improvements and bug resolution timelines and effectively communicate to all stakeholders.
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize to differentiate in the market
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved
• Provide detailed solution design artifacts to support the build and test delivery phases
• Recommend, conceive & implement enhanced tools/processes to streamline daily support requirements
• Consistently scan the market for best practices, best in class journeys, best in class customer delighter elements etc. and own market intelligence from a customer experience perspective
