Job Description:
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute plant civil construction activities
-
Maintenance of industrial structures, buildings, drains, roads, foundations, and RCC works
-
Execution of new project civil work as per drawing & BOQ
-
Vendor and contractor management
-
Quantity estimation & bill verification
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
-
Coordination with project, maintenance, and production teams
-
Monitor quality control of civil work
-
Planning & execution within timeline and budget
🏭 Required Skills
-
Knowledge of RCC, structural works, foundations for heavy equipment
-
Industrial flooring, pipe racks, sheds, drainage systems
-
Understanding of AutoCAD drawings
-
Good coordination & site supervision skills
-
Strong problem-solving ability
