Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to generate and convert leads using modern tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, portals, AI tools, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Conduct client calls, presentations, and follow-ups
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Maintain and update CRM and sales reports
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Result-oriented and proactive mindset
Knowledge of AI tools for lead generation and business growth
Quick learner with the ability to take ownership of tasks
Experience in IT services or software sales is a plus
