Strategy Development: · Product design study, process and feasibility study · Work content assessment · Budgeting, ordering actions for equipment/facilities for new Product Introduction & engineering changes · Understanding & consolidation of requirement form Production, Maintenance, Quality for Capital/Revenue projects · Preparation & floating of detailed RFQ, Receipt of offers, PO release, DAP, and proving activities · Planning for process equipment & handling systems · Preparation & refinement of Process Flow charts, PFD, PFMEA, Process sheets, and DML release. · Coordination with ERC, Product line, Finance, COP, Purchase · Adherence to project timelines to meet Project deliverables · Ensure compliance to laid down safety standards during project execution · Manage the contractors and contractor safety · Benchmark latest technology / competition · Idea generation & implementation for WCR, DMC reduction VCC saving · Meet the sustainability targets for the domain/aggregate area
