Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 Preparation of credit appraisal notes for structured finance/Infrastructure Finance.

 Working closely with internal & external vendors for technical and valuation and legal counsels for structuring.

 Forecast and micro-market analysis and preparing detailed proposals for presenting to the Investment committee.

 Monitoring the investments (including utilization of funds/ collections) & identifying the early signs of stress. Recommending and implementing corrective actions wherever needed.

 Designing and implementing recovery strategy for enforcement.

 Excellent in negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills

 Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
