Field Sales Executive

Role Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and relationship building. The role involves promoting company products, identifying customer requirements, and supporting the sales closure process.

KRA: Task / Activities

·  Conduct field visits to identify and generate new business opportunities

·  Meet prospective clients and explain product features and benefits

·  Build and maintain strong customer relationships

·  Conduct site visits and gather customer requirements

·  Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for project execution

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates

· Follow up with clients for lead conversion

KPI: Performance Metrics

·  Number of field visits conducted

·  Lead generation and conversion rate

·  Achievement of sales targets

·  Customer acquisition and retention

·  Quality and accuracy of reporting
