Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Operations Associate to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office and operations. This is a hybrid role that blends administrative coordination with operational support, making it ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

KRA: Task / Activities

● Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration, documentation, and record maintenance.

● Coordinate order processing, procurement, logistics, and timely delivery with internal and external teams.

● Maintain accurate CRM data, prepare quotations, purchase orders, and MIS reports.

● Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning and restocking activities.

● Support client onboarding, payment follow-ups, and effective cross-functional communication for operational efficiency.

KPI: Performance Metrics

MIS reports submitted within defined timelines (weekly/monthly)

 

Inventory discrepancies maintained below agreed tolerance level

 

Payment follow-ups completed within defined TAT with improved collection cycle

 

Customer enquiries responded to within defined TAT (e.g., within 24 hours)

 

Meeting/service visit scheduling accuracy with minimal rescheduling or coordination errors

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

●  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·  Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 

· CRM management and data entry accuracy

 

· Documentation & record management skills

 

 

· Knowledge of basic accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar tools)

· Experience in handling logistics coordination and vendor communication

· Exposure to CRM tools and MIS reporting dashboards. Technical understanding of product sales (preferred but not mandatory)
