Field Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking Field Sales Executive to be our "boots on the ground." You will spend your days visiting construction sites, meeting purchase managers, and ensuring our products are the first choice for new projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Daily Site Visits: Visit different construction sites every day to find new business.
- Travel: Be ready to travel to different cities to scout for new projects.
- Find New Leads: Identify new construction sites early and get information on upcoming requirements.
- Build Relationships: Meet with Purchase Managers and Site Engineers regularly to build long-term trust.
- Close Sales: Pitch our products, handle site-level queries, and bring in new orders.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and explain our construction products (Fasteners, MEP, and HVACR materials) to customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction sales or site visits.
- Basic understanding of construction/MEP products.
- Strong communication skills and a "never-give-up" attitude.
- Must have a vehicle for daily travel.
