Job Description:
- Auditing and Assurance: Examining financial records to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with standards, providing assurance to stakeholders.
- Taxation Management: Preparing tax returns, planning tax strategies, and advising on indirect taxes like GST or direct taxes, such as corporate or personal income tax
.
- Financial Reporting and Accounting: Maintaining detailed financial records, preparing financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss accounts), and conducting forensic accounting.
- Financial Advisory and Consultancy: Assisting management with budgeting, financial planning, investment strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters.
- Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing controls to prevent losses.
