Sr Executive (Inside Sales Diagnostics)
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sr. Executive – Inside Sales (Diagnostics) to drive revenue growth through tele-sales and client relationship management within the diagnostics segment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare/diagnostics sales and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and close sales through tele-calling and virtual engagement.

Promote diagnostic services/products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending conversions.

Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client data.

Coordinate with operations and field teams for smooth order processing.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in diagnostics/healthcare.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Good understanding of diagnostic services or lab processes.

Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
