Job Description:
Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing real estate construction projects within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role involves coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with management.

Ensure timely execution of residential/commercial real estate projects.

Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Budget & Cost Control

Prepare and manage project budgets.

Monitor project expenses and control costs to avoid overruns.

Approve bills of contractors and vendors after verification.
-
Coordinate with the accounts department for financial tracking.
Contractor & Vendor Management
-
Appoint and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure quality of materials and workmanship as per approved specifications.

Conduct regular review meetings with contractors and consultants.
Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory approvals.

Maintain safety standards at construction sites.
-
Conduct quality inspections at various project stages.
-
Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and documentation.
Team Coordination & Reporting

Lead site engineers and project teams.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for project updates.

Handle client site visits and technical queries when required.

Ensure smooth project handover and closure.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).

PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
-
5–10 years of experience in real estate/construction project management.

Proven experience in handling residential or commercial building projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local regulations.
