Job Description:

Role: EA to VP
Location: Worli, Mumbai

Role Purpose:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level analytical, operational, and strategic support to the Vice President. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, customers, and business partners to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, business development programs, and reporting activities. The individual will serve as a critical link between the VP’s office and key stakeholders to drive efficiency, business growth, and timely decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Business Support

  • Assist the VP in achieving company, sales, and financial objectives through effective coordination, planning, and execution support.
  • Contribute to corporate planning, business evaluation, and performance tracking of export operations.
  • Conduct financial and business analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive the implementation and follow-up of key strategic initiatives and business development programs.

Operational Coordination

  • Oversee day-to-day management activities and ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Coordinate across departments to align resources, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of action items.
  • Track progress on tasks and prepare status updates for review by the VP.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Compile, analyze, and maintain accurate business data, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, and prepare analytical reports and proposals as required.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on key deliverables and share insights with the VP.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the VP.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP/SAP preferred.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to research, analyze data, and present insights clearly.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to work and maintain confidentiality with important data and information.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance / International Business preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership or in a business analysis / strategic coordination role.
  • Age: 27–35 years.
