Sales Executive : Female GenZ preferred

Reports To:
Branch Head

Primary Objective

Convert qualified leads into paying members quickly and efficiently, ensuring clear communication and zero lead loss.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage leads, trials, conversions, and renewals

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and disciplined follow-up

  • Protect revenue at the ground level

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming leads within 5 minutes

  • Qualify leads and schedule trial sessions

  • Confirm trial bookings and update the CRM on the same day

  • Conduct post-trial conversations to drive conversions

  • Initiate renewal discussions 10 days before membership expiry

  • Ensure no training sessions occur without payment

  • Maintain 100% accuracy in all CRM documentation

Non-Negotiables

  • Do not use personal WhatsApp for work communication

  • No verbal commitments to customers

  • No backdated CRM entries

  • No discounts without prior approval

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Lead-to-Trial Conversion %

  • Trial-to-Member Conversion %

  • Renewal Closure %

  • CRM Hygiene Score (Target: 100%)

Authority Limits

  • Allowed to schedule trials and follow-ups

  • Not allowed to approve discounts, extensions, or refunds
