About the Role
We are looking for a highly responsible and leadership-driven General / Coordination Manager who will act as the second-in-command and operational substitute for the Co-Founders/CEO.
This role requires someone who can independently handle teams, manage clients, oversee dispatch operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day business execution. The ideal candidate must be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of taking full ownership of operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Leadership & Management
Act as an alternate decision-maker in the absence of the CEO/Co-Founders.
Supervise and manage cross-functional teams.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Drive accountability and performance across teams.
🔹 Operations & Dispatch Management
Take complete charge of dispatch planning and execution.
Oversee daily operations and workflow management.
Ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Monitor inventory movement and coordination with logistics teams.
Resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Handling
Manage key client relationships professionally.
Address client queries, escalations, and service issues.
Maintain strong communication between company and clients.
Ensure high customer satisfaction standards.
🔹 Process & Execution
Implement and improve operational processes.
Monitor KPIs and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports and updates for leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Operations / Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or managerial roles.
Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operational workflow management.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Experience in manufacturing, fire safety, logistics, or related industries.
Proven ability to manage teams and operations without constant supervision.
