Job Description:

Role Summary

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving field sales activities, generating business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves technical sales presentations, site evaluations, and coordination with internal teams for project execution.

KRA: Task / Activities

●  Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities

●  Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions

●  Perform site visits and understand customer requirements

●  Provide technical and commercial proposals to clients

●  Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, and customers

● Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

● Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project completion

● Track and update sales progress and client interactions

 

KPI: Performance Metrics

●  Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

●  New client acquisition and business development

●  Conversion rate from leads to confirmed orders

●  Customer satisfaction and relationship management

●  Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting
