Role Overview

The Senior Sales Advisor will be responsible for converting warm leads into customers, building long-term relationships with car owners, and driving consistent revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert marketing-generated leads into paying customers

• Clearly explain the company's services and value proposition

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate car care solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

• Generate referrals and contribute to organic business growth

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Target-oriented and performance-driven

• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally

• Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes preferred

• Familiarity with Mumbai/ Thane market is an advantage

• Prior experience in sales (Automobile/Service industry preferred but not mandatory)
