Job Summary
seeking an experienced Manager – IBMS to lead and manage Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end IBMS project From Design to Communication planning, scheduling and monitoring.
 Handle IBMS systems such as BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS, and other
 ELV systems.
 Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project Execution.
 Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements .
 Ensure project completion within time, cost, and quality parameters.
 Supervise site engineers and subcontractors at project sites .
 Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
 Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and contractual obligations .
 Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation .
 Manage issue resolution, change management, and risk mitigation .
 Support billing, certification, and project closure activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
 Strong knowledge of IBMS & ELV systems
 Excellent project management and coordination skills
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
 Relevant certifications in IBMS / BMS / ELV systems (preferred)
Experience
 Minimum 4 to 5 + years of experience in IBMS project execution
 Prior experience in managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred
