Job Description:

ROLE OBJECTIVE
Entire customer life cycle management including business development, strategic liasoning with operations team and team development.

TASK / RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing a solid and trustworthy relationship between customer, sales team and cross-functional teams.
Meeting all customer requirements and deliverables according to agreed timelines.
Resolving customer issues and complaints with support from cross-functional teams as may be required.
Acting as a Responsible point of contact in managing communications between the customer and internal teams.
Presenting reports on customer's targets v/s actuals, development projects, quarterly initiatives including payments and inventory.
Identify additional business opportunity and prospects with existing customers and ideate strategic action plan to grab the same.
Drive Sales target in line with capacity utilization of the manufacturing unit and also in line with the Group Sales Target.
Build progressive pipeline of potential customers with strategic action plan for business development and closely monitor the progress periodically.
Create market intelligence with qualitative information about our customers, competitors and related parties periodically.
Control cash flow by keeping overdue payments in control as per agreed targets.
Drive cost saving projects with value creation, lean operations, competitor intelligence, innovation or through networking.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Excellent interpersonal, communication, training and development, problem solving skills.
Should be well versed with MS Office, Emails, Reporting, ERP, Costing, and Mathematics.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to extend fast and effective customer serivce.
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
Should be able to demonstrate patience, resilience and problem solving attitude in handling challenging times with customers or internal team members.
Should be able to constantly introspect and identify weak areas and bring improvement.
Accountability of Customers, Team Members, Cross-functional harmony, Finances, Inventory and other
Negotiation skills to improve Velvin's position in any situation.
Team Lead, Team player, self-motivated and have a make-a-difference attitude.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Any Graduate with 4+ years relevant experience or a Post Graduate with 2+ years relevant experience
