Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end export sales processes, client management, order execution, and coordination between production and international buyers. The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and deep understanding of export jewellery business.

Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in export jewellery sales/operations. Strong knowledge of global jewellery markets and export documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation workflows. Strong leadership and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management Manage relationships with international buyers and key export clients. Handle inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and timely deliveries. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Sales Operations Oversee order processing, sampling, pricing, and dispatch schedules. Coordinate with design, CAD, production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery. Track sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports. Ensure orders meet export quality standards and timelines. Business Growth Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion. Analyze sales trends, buyer feedback, and industry benchmarks. Support launch of new collections for export customers. Team & Process Management Lead and guide the sales operations team. Improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation.
