Job Description:

Core Ownership

  • High-quality session delivery

  • Monitoring and improving client progress

  • Maintaining discipline on the training floor


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sessions with precision, energy, and client engagement

  • Follow physio restriction sheets without deviation

  • Proactively correct client form in every session

  • Document session notes and track client progress consistently

  • Report any pain, injuries, or warning signs immediately

  • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and floor etiquette


Non-Negotiables

  • No phone usage on the training floor

  • No ignoring or downplaying client pain

  • No modifying physio-imposed restrictions

  • No unsafe, casual, or unstructured training


KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Client retention percentage

  • Client progress and adherence score

  • Client feedback rating


Authority

Can:

  • Modify exercises within approved and safe limits

Cannot:

  • Diagnose injuries

  • Override or alter physio instructions
