Executive Assistant to CEO
Job Description:
TIME : 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Reports To: CEO
Primary Objective
Protect the CEO’s time, focus, and decision-making quality by ensuring clarity, preparation, and flawless execution across all priorities and ventures.
(This is not a clerical/secretary role. This is a strategic execution partner role.)

Cross-venture coordination and communication

Decision tracking, accountability, and execution discipline
Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, communication, and priority flow

Prepare meeting agendas, pre-reads, briefs, and post-meeting summaries

Track all decisions, action points, and deadlines across teams

Follow up relentlessly with stakeholders until tasks reach closure

Maintain master dashboards, trackers, and performance reports
-
Coordinate between FitFormance and all associated ventures

Filter noise, shield CEO bandwidth, and escalate only high-value items
Non-Negotiables

No missed follow-ups on CEO decisions

No meetings without preparation or pre-reads

No passive note-taking—every note must convert into trackable actions
