Shift Incharge - Production
Job Description:
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle complete shift production activities
✅ Monitor batch charging, reaction parameters, filtration, drying & packing
✅ Supervise operators and contract manpower
✅ Ensure adherence to SOP, BMR & safety guidelines
✅ Maintain production logbook & shift reports
✅ Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance & EHS departments
✅ Handle exothermic reactions, nitration/chlorination (if applicable)
✅ Ensure zero accident & zero deviation during shift
✅ Achieve daily production targets as per planning
🧪 Required Technical Skills:
-
Knowledge of Batch Process Operations
-
Experience in Dyes / Pigments / Chemical Industry

Understanding of reactors, centrifuge, ANF, Nutsche Filter, Spray Dryer

Good knowledge of GMP & safety standards
-
Basic understanding of DCS / PLC (if applicable)
🎓 Qualification:
-
B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry
-
Diploma / BE Chemical
🧑💼 Experience:
-
3 to 6 Years in Dyes / Pigment / Chemical Industry
-
Minimum 1–2 years experience as Shift Handling Role preferred
💰 Salary:
