Role Summary |
|
The Head – HR & IR will lead end-to-end HR strategy and operations across Corporate Office and Manufacturing Plant. The role requires strong exposure to plant HR, industrial relations, compliance management, HR digitization, succession planning, and HR analytics. The incumbent will ensure statutory compliance, drive safety culture, manage union relationships, and build strong HR systems aligned with business objectives. |

KRA: Task / Activities |
|
· Lead complete HR & IR function across HO and Plant · Drive manpower planning, recruitment & onboarding for plant and corporate roles · Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs & policy automation initiatives · Handle union negotiations, grievance redressal & disciplinary frameworks · Conduct domestic enquiries & manage labour disputes · Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, ID Act, PF, ESI, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, Standing Orders etc.) · Lead safety culture initiatives in coordination with plant operations · Implement succession planning for critical roles (Plant, Operations, Finance, Sales) · Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management & HRMS systems · Drive HR digitization & automation of HR processes · Monitor data accuracy, headcount reporting & attrition analytics · Prepare and present HR dashboards & MIS to leadership · Liaise with labour authorities and handle statutory inspections
