Job Description:
Employee Documentation & Administration
Maintain and update employee personal files and records (joining documents, KYC, contracts, etc.).
Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) of all HR and administrative documents.
Coordinate documentation for new joiners and exit formalities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Handle and maintain petty cash records with proper vouchers and approvals.
Record daily expenses and maintain expense statements.
Coordinate with the accounts team for reimbursements and payment tracking
