Production Department Executive

Job Description:

Candidates should have completed any of the following:

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Industrial/Production Engineering

Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of production processes & machinery

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Basic knowledge of quality checks & safety standards

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Basic computer operation skills

• Strong communication & discipline

• Teamwork and positive work attitude

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily production operations and machine operation

• Monitor process parameters to ensure quality output

• Maintain accurate production documentation & reports

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other related departments

• Support assembly-line tasks as required

Experience in manufacturing or assembly-line operations is preferred.

• Willing to work in shift-based schedules

• Physically fit for shop-floor activities

• Strong work ethic and professionalism
