Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking an ideal candidate who will be responsible for planning and overseeing the constructions
and installation of building facades on sites. They must have experience & knowledge about Façade
Work, Aluminum Doors & Windows.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Managing & coordinating all facade-related activities on the construction site
2. Ensuring the facade installation meets the required standards and specifications.
3. Collaborating with structural & civil engineers, contractors, and other relevant parties.
4. Identifying and resolving any technical or logistic problems that arise during facade installation.
5. Tracking the progress of façade work and reporting on its status.
6. Maintaining clear, effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.
7. Providing technical expertise and guidance during the construction phase.
8. Assist in value engineering initiatives during design, BOQ, while execution
9. Quality checking
Skills:
AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis
