HR operations Executive
2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
Strong understanding of onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and labour
laws.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
High intent, ownership & multitasking ability
Available to work full-time in-office
Available to join within 1 Month
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR -
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle payroll & compliance
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.
Address and resolve employee queries with quick turnaround.
Maintain and track asset management for all employees.
Manage vendor coordination for HR-related services/tools.
Support hiring activities and assist other HR functions when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflows.
Take ownership of ad-hoc HR tasks and projects.
