Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Fitter to join our manufacturing facility in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly, fitting of components, and ensuring accuracy as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and fitting of machine components

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical diagrams

• Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and installation of parts

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments effectively

• Conduct basic quality checks and ensure precision in assembly

• Identify and rectify assembly issues

• Maintain assembly records and documentation

• Follow safety and quality compliance guidelines

• Coordinate with production and quality teams

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI-Fitter

• Experience: 1–3 years in Assembly / Fitting / Manufacturing preferred

• Location: Must be willing to work in Pune
