Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Hiring for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse & Support Functions
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews & coordinate with department heads
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Manage job portals, consultants & social media hiring
- Maintain recruitment MIS & database
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT
- Coordinate joining formalities & documentation
- Support HR activities as required
