Sales Back Office Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Back Office Executive to support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, invoice preparation, Payment follow-up, maintaining customer databases, handling documentation, coordinating with clients and internal departments, tracking sales reports, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and strong organizational abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential. Prior experience in sales coordination or back office operations is preferred. The role requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
