Job Description:
A Liaisoning Manager specializing in Pollution Control, CSEB (Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board), Revenue, and Land Acquisition is a critical role in industrial, mining, and infrastructure projects, primarily responsible for navigating government regulations, securing statutory approvals, and managing local stakeholder relations. They act as the bridge between the company and government bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Land Acquisition & Revenue: Handle end-to-end land acquisition, including identification, negotiation with landowners, finalizing agreements, mutation, and conversion of land use (NA conversion).
- Government Liaison (Pollution Control/SPCB): Obtain Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) from the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB). Ensure compliance with environmental, forest, and pollution norms.
- CSEB Liaisoning: Coordinate with Chhattisgarh State Electricity Boards for power load sanctioning, infrastructure setup, ROW (Right of Way), and electrical inspections.
- Statutory Approvals: Secure NOCs from various departments, including Fire, Mining, Town & Country Planning, and Panchayat.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with district officials, tehsildars, and local authorities to expedite approvals.
- Documentation: Maintain proper land records, purchase agreements, and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10-15+ years of relevant experience in industrial, power, or infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Chhattisgarh land laws, revenue rules, and environmental regulations.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Law, Agriculture, or Civil Engineering preferred).
- Location: Based in Raipur or with extensive knowledge of the Chhattisgarh region.
