MEP Engineer - Andheri East
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking an ideal candidate who will be responsible for execution of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects/design teams to integrate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems per project specifications.
2. Installation Supervision: Oversee installation of all MEP systems on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
3. Testing & Commissioning: Lead and manage testing and commissioning of MEP systems to assure quality and timely completion.
4. Identifying and resolving any technical logistic problem which arises during Construction
5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including as-built drawings, design modifications, and updates.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to approved designs and standards.
7. Vendor/Subcontractor Management: Finalize and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors according to project BOQ and rates.
8. Preparing BOQ & Classifying Bill
Skills:
AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, (BIM / REVIT)
