Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to be a key part of our growth journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving revenue.

As a BDE, you will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology, directly contributing to expanding our Salesforce services and product portfolio worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:
● Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and industry platforms.
● Identify client pain points and position Salesforce services or products as the solution.
● Schedule and conduct introductory calls, meetings, and product demos with prospective clients.
● Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and nurture leads.
● Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure tailored client proposals.
● Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy to track the sales pipeline.
● Follow up consistently with potential leads to build trust and convert them into opportunities.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills:
● 2–3 years of proven experience in business development / lead generation, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Salesforce ecosystem.
● Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and global market trends.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Strong abilities in research, email writing, cold calling, and relationship management.
● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
● Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
