Position: Estimation Executive

Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore

Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations, quotes, and pricing sheets for projects. This role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Knowledge of engineering designs is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on customer requirements.
• Work on Excel-based costing sheets and maintain accurate records of estimates.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to finalize pricing and proposals.
• Analyse project specifications, engineering designs, drawings, and requirements to determine costs.
• Ensure timely preparation of estimates and quotes with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales team and Channel partners.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally regarding cost estimates.
• Work late hours when required to meet urgent project deadlines.
• Continuously improve processes for faster and more accurate estimation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in estimation, finance, costing, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data management).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite and professional demeanor while handling internal and external stakeholders.
• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work late or extend hours during urgent project timelines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of engineering designs is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of construction materials, doors/windows, or related industry costing is an added advantage.
• Experience in preparing technical or commercial proposals.
• Familiarity with BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation methodologies.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications for accurate pricing and proposal submission.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for cost calculations and quotation preparation.

• PREFER LADY CANDIDATES AROUND 32. PREFER MARRIED. SMART AND PLEASANT OUTLOOK. PLACEMENT AT CORPORATE OFFICE IN BOMMASANDRA.
• MUST BE RESIDING WITHIN 15 KMS OF OUR OFFICE OR READY TO RELOCATE.
• MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
• ONLY 1^ST AND 3^RD SATURDAY IS OFF.
• NO WORK FROM HOME FACILITY IS AVALIEBLE.
