Job Description – Quality Associate
Location: Pune
CTC: ₹19,000 per month
Experience: Experienced candidates required
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related field)
Job Responsibilities:

Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of components and finished products.

Check dimensions and specifications using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).

Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with production and store teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and company SOPs.

Support audits and continuous improvement activities.
Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methods.

Understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Familiarity with basic quality tools.

Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
