Key experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, furniture, playground equipment, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and product specifications (added advantage).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently
Roles And Responsibilities Required:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, and private institutions.
- 2. Meet sales targets through strategic planning and relationship management.
- 3. Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- 4. Collaborate with the design and technical team to propose customized play equipment solutions.
- 5. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- 6. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- 7. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- 8. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events as and when required.
