Job Description:

Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter 


Time: 9:30 AM to 6 and 11 to 7:30 

Mon- Fri 

Alternate Sat off 

Sunday off 



Roles and Responsibilities
 Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Head hunting, Interviewing,
Offer Negotiation)
 Time and cost-effective sourcing
 Responsible for end-to-end hiring process and fulfil talent requirement of the
organization
 Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks, and governance
 Reviewing of existing job descriptions and re-aligning them according to the
needs of the department/organization
 Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract
and find the best candidates for the job
 To partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed
decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against
the job requirements
 Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with line managers
 Source applicants through professional online channels. Identify and refine
down the most suitable talent from available candidates
 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls,
assessments, and in-person interviews
 Assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios, and references
 Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong
candidate pipeline.

 


Requirements
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources management 
 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition
 Familiar with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

 Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation
methods
 Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
 Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
