Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Time: 9:30 AM to 6 and 11 to 7:30
Mon- Fri
Alternate Sat off
Sunday off
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Head hunting, Interviewing,
Offer Negotiation)
Time and cost-effective sourcing
Responsible for end-to-end hiring process and fulfil talent requirement of the
organization
Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks, and governance
Reviewing of existing job descriptions and re-aligning them according to the
needs of the department/organization
Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract
and find the best candidates for the job
To partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed
decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against
the job requirements
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with line managers
Source applicants through professional online channels. Identify and refine
down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls,
assessments, and in-person interviews
Assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios, and references
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong
candidate pipeline.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources management
3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition
Familiar with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation
methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
