Job Description:
Strategic IT Leadership & Governance
• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals, digital transformation roadmap, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead cross-functional IT planning, budgeting, and governance frameworks.
Technology Delivery & Digital Transformation
• Oversee enterprise technology deployment, including application development, integration, implementation, and end-to-end delivery.
• Drive digital initiatives such as automation (RPA/AI), cloud migration, Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions.
Infrastructure & Operations Management
• Ensure reliable and scalable infrastructure services (network, servers, endpoint management) ensuring SLA/KPI attainment.
• Champion IT Operations excellence, ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release), and continuous service improvement.
Information Security & Risk Management
• Lead Information Security strategy, risk assessments, compliance, and security operations.
• Establish IT risk frameworks, cybersecurity controls, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
Vendor & Partner Management
• Manage strategic technology vendors, service providers, and outsourcing partners through SLAs, contracts, and performance governance.
• Optimize technology spend and drive value realization of vendor engagements.
Stakeholder Partnership
• Collaborate with business units to understand technology needs, define requirements, and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Provide senior leadership with actionable insights from IT performance, digital adoption, and risk posture.
