Job Description:

Job Purpose

This role will be pivotal in tracking competitive movements, gathering account-level intelligence, and supporting strategic initiatives such as sales & client enablement content, and competitive rebuttals. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other client facing teams to deliver insights that drive business growth.

Competition Tracking 

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, product launches, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and market positioning 
  • Maintain a competitive intelligence repository and regularly update battle cards and competitor profiles 
  • Identify emerging threats and opportunities through continuous market scanning

Account Intelligence 

  • Conduct deep-dive research on key accounts, including organizational structure, decision-makers, business priorities, and technology stack
  • Support sales and account teams with tailored intelligence to improve win rates and customer engagement
  • Track account-level news, funding updates, partnerships, and strategic moves

Market & Industry Monitoring

  • Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting the business
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards summarizing key developments and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align intelligence with business goals

Direct Marketing Activities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor direct marketing campaigns to engage target audiences effectively
  • Develop and distribute personalized marketing materials to existing & potential clients
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

Client Requests & Special Projects

  • Coordinate and fulfill client-specific marketing collateral needs as and when requested
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, events, and special projects across teams 
  • Collaborate with sales to prepare presentations, proposals, and other enablement materials
  • Conduct basic market research and assist in reporting marketing performance metrics
  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets and project deliverable

Qualifications and Experience

  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or a similar role.

Additional Details :

1. Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

2. Working Time: Flexible start time between 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM – 8.5 Hours of working

3. Gender Preference: Male / Female

4. Communication skills : Should be excellent
