Job Description:
Designation: Executive – Analytics & Automation
Job type: On contract (Contract is auto renewable every year)
Payroll: Payroll company is Talisman.
Benefits: PF and insurance.
Work location: BKC, Mumbai.
Working days: 5 days per week – Mon to Fri
Work timings: 9am-5:30pm
Role Summary
The Exective / Sr. Executive will be responsible to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency. This role combines automation, data engineering and dashboard creation to deliver scalable solutions for commercial and institutional business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and models to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Automation: Design and implement automated workflows for recurring business processes using Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and Python scripts. Continuously improve processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
- Data Engineering: Build and manage data pipelines and ensure seamless integration with internal systems. Combine data from varied sources to create a unified view for business stakeholders.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across SFE, BI, and Commercial teams to deliver solutions on time. Create process driven, scalable solutions, with a low margin for error.
- Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies for analytics and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, automation, or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI and Excel.
- Strong understanding of Azure and AWS
- Experience with web scraping and API integrations.
- Quick learner with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or FMCG business processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
