Job Description:
A Manager of Business Development for Real Estate Projects drives revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and securing partnerships for residential/commercial developments. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, managing the sales pipeline, and aligning strategies with corporate goals to exceed targets. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market analysis.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and clients.
  • Sales & Negotiations: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
  • Project Promotion: Promote company projects through presentations, site visits, and tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance and market analysis reports to senior management. 
     
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in business development or sales, specifically within the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, networking, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of real estate market dynamics, land laws, and financial modeling (e.g., DCF, ROI).
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software to track leads and, client interactions.

  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to identify long-term growth areas and develop business plans.
