Job Description:
A House Manager/Administrative Manager ensures the efficient daily operation of a household or facility, supervising staff (housekeeping, maintenance), managing budgets, and coordinating vendor services. They handle recruitment, training, scheduling, inventory control, and enforce safety/cleaning standards to maintain high-quality, organized, and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising administrative and household staff (e.g., housekeepers, security).
- Operations & Logistics: Overseeing daily routines, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring cleaning and safety standards are met.
- Administrative Duties: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, managing records, and processing paperwork.
- Financial Management: Monitoring costs, managing budgets, and handling vendor contracts.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between household staff, property managers, and owners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
