Job Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Europe Education Counsellor who has strong domain knowledge of study opportunities in European countries such as Germany, France, and Italy. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the university shortlisting process and assisting them with selecting suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling to students interested in studying in European countries (Germany, France, Italy, etc.).

• Assist students in university and course shortlisting based on their academic profile, budget, and preferences.

• Maintain updated knowledge about European universities, admission requirements, and application processes.

• Guide students through the complete application process, including documentation and submission.

• Provide accurate information regarding courses, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and admission procedures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a smooth counselling experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications and documentation.

• Stay updated on trends and changes in European education systems and visa processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in university shortlisting for European countries.

• Strong knowledge of study opportunities in Germany, France, and Italy.

• Good understanding of European university admission procedures.

• Excellent communication and counselling skills.

• Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with study abroad consultancies.

• Familiarity with European visa processes and student documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
