Job Description:
An AI Specialist designs, develops, and deploys artificial intelligence models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, enhance efficiency, and automate processes. They work with machine learning, deep learning, and data pipelines to build intelligent systems, collaborating with teams to integrate AI into products, optimize performance, and ensure scalability.
Core Responsibilities
- Algorithm & Model Development: Designing, training, and testing machine learning, neural network, and deep learning models for predictive analysis or automation.
- Data Engineering: Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large, complex datasets to improve model accuracy

- Deployment & Integration: Integrating AI models into existing software, applications, or cloud infrastructures.
- Performance Optimization: Monitoring, validating, and troubleshooting AI models to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
- Research & Collaboration: Staying current with AI advancements and working with cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists) to align AI solutions with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++.
- AI/ML Frameworks: Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Data Skills: Experience with SQL, data modeling, and preprocessing techniques.
- Concepts: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, or computer vision.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
