Job Description:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for client matters, building trusted advisor relationships.
- Sales and Growth: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage contract renewals, and meet sales quotas.
- Customer Satisfaction:
Proactively address client concerns, handle complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to meet client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain CRM data, track key account metrics, and prepare status reports.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex client issues and manage multiple projects.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, finance , commers , or a related field
