We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive (Preferred Female) with minimum 2 years of experience in handling leads generated through platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals. The candidate will be responsible for calling, following up, and converting leads into successful business opportunities

•  Handle inbound leads generated from IndiaMart and other online platforms
•  Call prospective customers and explain product/service offerings
•  Convert leads into confirmed orders
•  Respond promptly via Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
•  Maintain proper customer data and follow-up records
• Track customer requirements and coordinate internally for smooth processing
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships
•  Number of leads contacted daily
•  Lead-to-conversion ratio
•  Monthly sales target achievement
•  Response time to customer inquiries
•  Customer follow-up efficiency
• Revenue generated per month
•  Experience working on IndiaMart / TradeIndia or similar B2B platforms
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
•  Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Email handling
• Ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
•  Prior experience in inside sales / tele sales
•  CRM knowledge
•  Experience in handling WhatsApp Business communication
